Sending deliveries

Pricing, batches, proof of delivery and your customers’ details.

How much will deliveries cost?

It depends on where your business is and how far each order goes. Batches of 10 or more orders are priced by their planned route; smaller batches are priced per delivery, in three distance zones around your business, and scheduling your pickup ahead saves 25% on them. Check prices for your address to see your zones and prices on the map. Final pricing and the delivery area are confirmed before launch.

How does a batch delivery work?

You group your orders into a batch and label each package. One courier picks up the batch with your 4-digit handoff code and follows a planned route to deliver every package, closest to farthest from your pickup, with scans and updates along the way. See how it works.

What kinds of businesses is this for?

Local shops, restaurants, grocers and makers that send several orders around the city. Supported package types are confirmed before launch.

What can’t I send?

Couriers leave packages at the door with a photo: they don’t check ID, take signatures or collect payment. So you can’t send, for example, alcohol, cannabis, tobacco or other age-restricted products, or items that need a signature, an ID check or payment on delivery. The full list is in the terms: prohibited and restricted items.

How do I know a package was delivered?

Your batch page shows each stop as it happens. Every delivered package comes with the courier’s photo of where it was left.

What happens if a package can’t be delivered?

The courier records why and brings the package back to your business. You see the reason on your batch page.

Who sees my customers’ details?

Only the courier on that delivery sees your customer’s contact details in the app, and only while the delivery is active. The printed label shows the customer’s name, phone and address, and the QR code on it holds only the 6-digit order code. More in our Privacy Policy.

Can I create an account now?

Yes. Create a partner account to join early access. We open early access to businesses in small groups before launch, and you’ll see your status as soon as you sign in. Already use the Corsio Partner app? Sign in with the same email and password.

Courier sign-up opens at launch.

How can I become a courier?

Courier sign-up opens at launch. To hear first, email us.

What do I need to deliver?

A valid class G or G2 driver’s licence (or a commercial class A to F), a registered car with insurance that covers paid deliveries, and an Android phone with mobile data, a camera and location services. You must be at least 18 and allowed to work in Canada, and every courier is reviewed and approved before their first delivery. See what you need.

How are couriers paid?

Each offer shows the pay before you accept. Every delivery pays at least Ontario minimum wage for your time, and you’re paid weekly by Interac e-Transfer. The details are in the courier terms.

Can I choose which deliveries I take?

Yes. You go online when you want and see the pickup, stops, route distance and pay before you accept. There are no ratings: an offer goes to the first courier who accepts, and declining an offer never counts against you.
