From your counter to their door
One batch, one pickup and one planned route. Here is what happens at each step, for your business and for the courier.
Four steps, one pickup
Built for shops, restaurants and grocers that send out several deliveries a day.
-
Add your orders
Type them in or paste them from a spreadsheet. We check every address as you add it.
-
Print the labels
Each package gets a label with a QR code and its 6-digit order code. Your orders become one batch with one pickup.
-
Hand over the batch
Check that the courier matches the one on your batch page and give them your 4-digit handoff code. They scan every package before they leave.
-
Follow every stop
Each stop shows as delivered, with the courier’s photo of where the package was left. Anything that can’t be delivered comes back to you.
Checked at every handoff
Each step leaves a record you can see on your batch page.
-
Every address checked
We check each address with Google as you add it. If an address is corrected or has more than one match, you choose the right one.
-
Stops in route order
When you publish, the stops are sorted closest to farthest from your pickup by driving distance, and each order gets its 6-digit order code.
-
A handoff you can check
When a courier accepts your batch, your batch page shows their first name, car and plate, and your 4-digit handoff code. Give the packages only to that courier.
-
Scanned at pickup and at the door
The courier scans every package at pickup and again at each drop-off, so packages don’t go to the wrong address.
-
A photo of every delivery
Every delivered package comes with the courier’s photo of where it was left. It appears on your batch page as your delivery record.
-
Returns on the same trip
If a package can’t be delivered, the courier records why and brings it back to your business on the same trip. You see the reason on your batch page.
What the courier does
Every courier is reviewed and approved before their first delivery.
-
Accepts the offer
Before accepting, the courier sees the pickup area, the number of stops, the route distance and the pay. The first courier to accept gets the whole batch.
-
Picks up the batch
At your pickup, the courier enters your 4-digit handoff code and scans the QR label on every package.
-
Delivers in route order
The stops go closest to farthest from your pickup. The courier navigates with Google Maps or Waze and sees your customers’ contact details in the app only during the delivery.
-
Proves each delivery
At the door, the courier checks the address, scans the package and takes a photo of it where it was left.
-
Brings back what can’t be delivered
Packages that can’t be delivered come back to your business on the same trip, and the courier confirms the return in the app.
